Thanks for the replies. Just wearing regular combat armor, and Boone is even wearing NCR armour, which in theory should upset them. The thing of it is I'm now shunned by the legion for killing Karl, so I'm hoping I can still travel to the fort without getting assaulted (w/o Boone of course)...

So I am still relatively early in the game, working on the Wild Card: Side Bets mission. I roll up to the Great Khan longhouse and find everyone inside. I talk, leave, get the quest from Regis, yadda yadda yadda. I decide, just for shits, to see if Boone and I can take out everyone in the house...
