    I've found that walking in wearing the black leather jacket found in Vault 15 the raiders react like they're seeing a "ghost" & Garl thinks I'm his father come back to life & I have the option of demanding the release of Tandi. I don't know what goes along with that in Luck & Charisma.

    What's dishonest about using the turrets? They're a legitimate part of the game. If you fire at Horrigan, you'll draw his fire, turrets or not.

    Not Useless The dogs in FO are from being "useless" as has been claimed. Not only are they capable of making significant hits on the enemy & even kills, but at the very least they draw the enemy's attention away from you.
