First time out of the vault
Went upstairs at their Casino and slept with Angela, then when I tried to go downstairs everyone was hostile, how do I fix this with save editors?

You decided to do the thing that turns the entire casino hostile and you didn't even pick the MILF? Tssk tssk...
Anyway, I hope you kept a rotating door full of saves cause AFAIK there isn't any other way down than through the stairs and unless you got a stealthboy or great Sneak I think big dog will catch you and turn everyone hostile.
Dunno if there is a save editor way to teleport you or change faction status so you might just have to cheat and buff yourself up and kill everyone and leave then remove the cheat stats.
