The yes/no sprites were for use on the ground, probably converted container sprites. If you want to use them for tokens you're going to have to remake them as inventory sprites.
This is some what like the system I'd originally envisioned, though with theatre masks (happy, sad/evil and neutral) instead of yes, no and maybe.
You might think abcd isn't user friendly but they do open up a lot more possibilities for replies.
Though with colour coding we could of just made a single inventory sprite 'button' (desaturated) to correspond to the colour of the text.
