Are the way to increase stats other then perks and elixir of

[font size=1" color="#FF0000]LAST EDITED ON May-24-01 AT 08:02AM (GMT)[p]Are there items (doubt it because nothing other than elixir of life isn't in items.txt that may suggest stat increasing item) or NPCs or some other way excluding obvious gain <stat> perk and mutate! some trait to gifted that could raise stats permanently.

It has been said, but i do not know for sure, that the divine favor perk gives you a permanent +1 to a random stat sometimes. The thing is that it seems to be randomly chosen. Sometimes you'll get a lowered perk rate or a + to a resistance. Obviously their is power armour that gives you a +3 to strength. Other then taking drugs (who only raise a stat temp) i do not know of a way.

Divine Favor

Gives you quite a few adjustments...
It will add +1 to your highest ranked attribute
as well as increasing resisistances, and the big one...
It decreases your perk rate by 1...
