I heard that it is possible to get an extra point of luck from Chuck for a bonus of two points to your luck stat. Is this true?

As for your question, according to the wikia you can abuse a bug and get two bonus points.

Then get lost and play the games already. You ought to know more than the rest of us on builds by now so stop asking and actually play with your builds already.

We already told you to make one general build thread and you've responded by continuing with what you've been doing even after being warned.

EDIT: I second the motion raised by @R.Graves for banning this guy. It'll be for his own good at this point (to stop him asking every question he thinks of which delays playtime and force him to play Fallout with what he knows by now).

Just open ONE thread entitled "I have a lot of questions about Fallout", and there you ask all of your questions. In one post, preferably.

Not every part of the forums aren't an FAQ so stop treating the forums like your personal Google browser by making threads for every question you have.
