Did F2RP make the enclave base insta aggressive?

Just got to the end and I'm confused. Everyone (turrets) instantly shoots me, and I feel like I've played through with the RP before and this didn't happen, might have been my imagination... Do you have to whipe out the whole base now?

ah, is that what it is? Just reloaded to test it and it didn't happen, but I left all my crew back in sf.

Yeah, if you're alone it's fine. I think it also works if your companions have APA on as well. Though you would have to cheat/mod to get them in APA as you can only find one set of armor on the mainland IIRC.
