"BGE Team" has grown since May:

* LUBOR KASAL (CZ), a tremendous writer. Lubor, has created some magnificent texts and with Prebral formed a duo of writers who produce very interesting dialogues. It should be noted that our new author is Tvar.
* KETLING (SVK), high quality programmer, who practises “less talk, more code”.
* DANIEL NIMOHAJ alias DONALD X (SVK), artist. Despite never playing Fallout, his artworks and loading screens are extraordinary (see the gallery). Feel free to visit his personal blog.
* A very new member is JOTISZ (GRE / HUN), who should be helping us here and there with art, also a not very active programmer INHUMAN.
* The last (but not least) is artist JAN ŽIVOCKÝ aka ZRUUD (CZ), who has shown a very good satirical talent! Also, he has previous experience with PC games – he participated in the “El Matador” project of (now nonexistant) studio "Plastici".

----

As for free positions, there aren't many left. Specifically, there is enough writers and mappers. However, we still seek

* Programmers (C/Pascal knowledge is a must, it didn't change from the last time...)
* Artists, able to create:

a) artworks
b) loading screens and town-arts (mostly 3D with 2D post-processing)
* Animators (we currently unfortunately have only one,)
* Sounds / music creator

It´s alright to be more excited about a Fallout 2 total conversion than Fallout 3 right?
Because i sure am. :D

Those load screens look sweet.

Looks nice. I hope all these Fallout 1/2 mods that promise more than a couple hours of added gameplay will all be completed someday.

I'm just a little pessimistic due to seeing previous projects I was interested in getting canned. Like that Resident Evil mod some people were working on some years back for Half Life, the one that promised some new story about some bald policeman.

Anyone know of any good TC's / mods that ever got completed?

Thanks for a nice words, guys.

I knew it won't get along without that usual release doubts. :wiggle:

I'd post my application for musician since it's the total conversion I'm expecting the most but it wouldn't be fair for the FanMadeFallout team of which I'm still officially part of even though I didn't come with anything for months. I don't know, it appears that I just can't make music within a common project, within a team because of the constraints, as few as they are and I believe that's why most mod projects out there fall into oblivion : people cannot/won't get involved in them as they should. They don't take them as seriously as they should.

Are you an author of "MIProject FMF Desert 3" (filename) track I once downloaded somewhere from their website? That track is pretty good and meets all my basic requirements for a successful background track: Fallout smell + good central melody + no annoyance when the player is going through the map.
