Darn it! You're just too fast. I was about to post this news item myself. You beat me by about a minute. They had the same deal on Thanksgiving day and I got all 6 DLCs for $11.44. You can get the game and the DLCs together (for someone who doesn't have them already) for a grand total of $16.43. This is an awesome sale, for one day only. Here's the breakdown.

    Fallout: New Vegas............$4.99
    Dead Money DLC...............$2.49
    Honest Hearts DLC.............$2.49
    Old World Blues DLC...........$2.49
    Lonesome Road DLC...........$2.49
    Gun Runners Arsenal DLC.....$0.99
    Courier's Stash DLC............$0.49

Fucking Steam. I buy more games than I play because of all these offers I can't refuse.

I think I'm still gonna wait for the Ultimate Edition. I've got Skyrim and getting FFXIII-2 next month should keep me busy for a while. :p

Good time to get Lonesome Road. If only I had a credit Card right now.

Though surely this is cheaper than the Ultimate Edition? I mean, sure it seems silly to buy something now that you don't think you'll play until months later, but if it is more expensive later, then might as well.

I took advantage of the sale to buy Courier's Stash. Not because I actually want it, but because Sawyer's own New Vegas mod requires it, it's made for all DLCs. In this sale it was something like £0.33, and I'm not going to begrudge 33 pence.

More expensive doesn't bother me if it's an Obsidian game. Might also want to buy it on disc, since the game activates on Steam either way, and that way I'd have a pretty cover to look at. :p

I did as well. 0,46€ or something. Though, I still don't really find it worth the price.

Are you sure you need the Courier Stash for Sawyer's Mod too? I think he meant more the major DLCs.

He notes that you need both the Stash and the GRA to run his mod as it adds GRA weapons to perks like Grunt and rebalances Stash items so you can't sell them all to make a lot of cash at the start.

Yes, his mod requires all .esm files, included the pre-order packs.
That's the sole reason why I bought Courier's Stash today.

Personally I just put all the preorder items in a box in Doc's house and never touch them again, those balancebreaking idiotic things.

I only load 2 of the preorder packs. The Tribal Pack is dumb. In a world where people use SMGs and plasma weapons, getting throwing spears is asking for a quick death. The Mercenary Pack seems like too much to me. Metal armor and a grenade rifle is too much for a courier.

I like the pistol, ammo, and stimpaks in the Classic Pack, and everything in the Caravan Pack. The armored vault suit and canteen go into a footlocker in Doc Mitchell's house. These items are not balance breaking at all. If you use these weapons to shoot at the Radscorpions and Cazadores north of Goodsprings, it will just make them mad. If the Deathclaws had a sense of humor they would start laughing. I get a good set of equipment that seems plausible for the Courier to have.

I know some may ask why these goods weren't looted. Benny likes to think he's honorable. He even tells the Khans, "I ain't a fink" in the opening video, even though your hands are tied and you can't defend yourself when he shoots you. Since Benny's paying for this job it would be just like him to make the Khans bury you with your stuff. No wonder McMurphy stole Benny's lighter.
