Not with normal weapons. Maybe with rocket launchers though, i'm not sure.

This is especially useful in klamath if you didn't tag Lockpicking and want to get through some doors (such as the doors in Trapper Town that lead to the room with gecko pelts and such - easy money).
EDIT: You can also use crowbars to "pry open" the locks on some containers, such as lockers.

Many things can be blown up with explosives - lockers and such as well as doors. The doors in the Enclave probably can't - well it does say when you look at them 'It doesn't look like conventional explosives will open them'. I'd be interested to hear what could get through those few locked doors with no obvious lock on them.
