Help!!

Alright, I have a problem here, I am playing Fallout 2 and I am a made man of The Wrights, so I did the quest and found the killer of Richie Wright which was Renesco. Everything was fine until I was doing quests in Broken Hills, and I am trying to do Zaius' quest and I need to Gx-9 air purifier but Renesco is dead cuz the Wrights killed him, So am I screwed or is there something I can do? Help!!! Thx

Yep, you're screwed as far as the BH mine (and getting Marcus) is concerned. Unless you go back to an earlier save where Renesco is still alive. The trick in the murder quest is to discover who gave the order to Renesco and put the blame where it belongs... although of course some of it belongs to Renesco... but you need the Mine Parts from him... and the Medical Enhancer... and Salvatore's tribute...

OMG This is total crap, I want Marcus!!! Looks like I have to start a whole new game, this is about the 10 time ive starteda new game ive never been past New Reno cuz I ALWAYS get screwed some how, this isnt fair grrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you feel that strongly about it, why not use Inventory Editor to change a Tool or something into a Mine Parts item and continue from there? You could pretend you stole them from the back of Renesco's. He can't very well use them himself any more.

you know what? it's much better to finish the game first without cheating, cuz you could feel the game and the feeling is different when you finish it without those cheats, and you will understand the game much better and enjoy it more. use the 10 save slot,

Well, it's not like we were discussing raising his stats to 10 or loading a dozen Alien Blasters into his inventory, just correcting a mistake that would have reduced his enjoyment of the game. No more than pretending that he'd discovered an old save at a point in time when he could have got the Mine Parts, or something.
