Ok when u beat the game the hookers in san fran say u should have used the mutated toe on horrigan does it mean any thing yes or no

The poison thing is pretty irrelevant. The worst thing about the Toe is that it lowers your max HP permanently.

by the end of F2 I had collected SEVEN of the damn toes. I fed them to a kid and he died }>
but no, "you should have fed the toe to Horrigan" is only a reference to those old Sierra Quest games which had tons of strange things like that ... almost as many as Fallout 2!

u can use it on frank horrigan... i did it and then his hp turned from 999/999 to 996/996, and he didnt try to attack me but attacked the enclave troopers instead.....It wasnt exactly effective....And when you use the toe on yourself, wouldn't that, in reality, mean eating your toe??? Cuz in what other way could u become poisoned by it?
