Where's the bag in modoc, PER BAD!!

According to Per's so-called "perfect" guide, he mentions there is a Cornelius's gold watch, shovel, fruit, and bag in the molerat's nest.

So I searched the nest and found the watch and the fruit. Then, OUTSIDE the nest, I managed to find the shovel. Already this goes against what Per said, which used these words exactly: "in the nest". That means inside that little circle. I also found the rake outside the nest, which was implied to also be "inside" the nest.

Ok, so where is the bag? I searched for nearly an hour because I really want a handy little bag to organize my inventory like I did in Fallout 1.

The bag is IN THE NEST. If my memory doesn't fail me, it should be a little to the south-west from the broken eggs. You can "catch" it only from a couple of pixels but it's there. The bag makes the game nonsense because at some point you always fall to the dark side and start using this bug which I noticed with it:

When you have the bag, go to a weapon upgrader (the best choice of course is in the downstairs of New Reno Arms. A bum in there upgrades weapons for free unlimited) and put the weapon you want to upgrade in the bag. Then tell the smith to upgrade it. Now you have the upgraded gun in your main inventory and the UN-upgraded in the bag. You can do this as many times as you want and the un-upgraded weapon stays in the bag, while the upgraded ones fill up with ammo and stack in your main inv. This way you can have unlimited spare weapons to sell and unlimited ammo. The weaponsmith kind of creates a whole new upgraded weapon when he "upgrades" (which really here means that he just makes a completely new one).
