Right, I just downloaded the Fallout 3 GOTY off steam and downloaded the newest patch for the game, and I was hoping I could download a few mods too, but I needed the FOSE so some certain mods would work. So, everytime I download FOSE (1.2 beta v2.7) it's just a single file, not an extractable folder like (I suppose) it should be. Me not having much modding experience plopped it straight into the data folder for F3GOTY, and then I went to data files in the launcher and lo behold it wasn't there. So i'm looking for two things, a little bit of help on how to actually download FOSE, and why it wouldn't be helpful, thanks in advance.
