Hey guys, what about the gambling,(no blackjack or roulete tables anywhere) and generally, skills associated with talking? are they a real waste? i say that cause you never have any dialog selection if fallout tactics dialogs and you always have the same reply to anyone you talk to and all of your missions MUST be finished is someway destroying your enemies and not by trying to convince enemies, just like in FOT 1 where you could talk your way out of the battle with the master. Really, why do these skills exist if the game is only bang bang?

Well gambling is useful in the game. There are some gambling areas and you can gamble with QM's and assorted others. You can do quite well early in the game with it. There are no speech associated traits, skills or perks in the game. The only things close are Bluff Master which improves the chances of stealing. Intelligence and Charisma can still be useful to have.

sure, but shouldn't there be dialog options and stuff in a game that is based on fallout?. a harmless character in tactics has to do with science and repair and doctor skills generally and beliece me, after a while in the progress, it will be pure air.
whouldnt' it be much better if you could really "talk your self out of a sticky situation"? this would open huge new ways of finshing and generally acting in the game? i believe u got my point of view :D

Strangely enough, though stuff like that wasn't used, the game engine does allow it. With the editor you can create a speech event that happens if someone on your team has a certain perk like "harmless" or "comprehension" or even if they have an intelligence about 8. So things like that can be done with the game for people willing to spend the time making their own maps.
