I've started an HL2 post apoc mod project (about 8 months ago) with someone but considering the game has been über delayed, right now we're focusing on story and gameplay. Originally I was planning on making an FPS set in the Fallout universe, but I reconsidered because of potential copyright issues with Intergay, the inability to live up to the Fallout community and the fact that Fallout IS a CRPG.
Here is what we've come up with so far:
-the mod is partially set in a post-apocalyptic world
-we don't have a name yet
-we need a website
Obviously, we have more than this, but I'm not going to give out any details yet, as they might change. But I know 60-70% of all the members here are experts (or amateurs) when it comes to a post apoc world. I read the Fallout Bible but got kinda disappointed, so if you want to help with any of the above or want to join the team/help with post apoc details, want more details or whatever, PM me or add me to your MSN Messenger.
We're not going to make any mindless FOPOS shooter, trust me. Gameplay is more important than graphics in my opinion, even in an FPS. It's going to be more tactical and story-focused (think STALKER and there you have it).
