I found a planescape mud on the net called The Outlands. I don't think it takes place in Sigil but it has just about every race in the Planescape setting and I think it's 2nd edition D&D. It's pretty fun... If any of you guys that are into Planescape wanna play here's their site. And the mud adress/port is void.dune.net 3000.
