Raider Behavior Oddity

Hello,
I am using Fallout Improver (and Redux, Equilibrium) and one interesting oddity I keep experiencing is that Raiders, when equipped with an AK47, always choose to single fire the weapon instead of Burst firing the weapon. The only way I have found to force them to use Burst mode is by disabling Single shot mode completely from the weapon entity file. Any other way around this? I would love to know if there is something forcing them to use single shot.
 
SOLVED: Turns out, if you give a Raider an AK47 at Level 3, he will not fire burst mode under any circumstances. Starting at level 4, however, he will use Burst mode regularly. I believe this was a balance in the patch which prevented Raiders from being too powerful too early in the game.
