Rich merchant at F1? (warning: stupid question)

First time out of the vault
So, uh, I'm new here. Hi.

Anyway, I'm playing Fallout 1.1; just found the Water Chip (yay!) and went to The Glow to join the Brotherhood of Steel. I went all the way till the fifth level and looted everything I could find (and that's a lot of stuff).

I'm used to sell my loot at The Hub, in the General Store or Guns Shop, but... none of them - or any other merchant I'm aware of in the place - have enough caps to pay me, and I'm not currently wishing to buy anything (so I can trade).

In other words, I've got truckloads of valuable loot but I don't know any merchant with enough caps or items I currently desire.

Can anyone recommend me a rich merchant?
Ian and Tycho are probably getting tired. They are probably carrying around three hundred pounds each.

I tried to look on some walkthroughs and through the forum but didn't found anything.

Thank you very much. :)
(and sorry if my english is bad)

After my excursions to The Glow or Military Base, I took the loot from my mules (Ian, Katja and Tycho) and sold them to Beth in the Hub. She respawns about 1000-1500 caps every time you talk to her, and if you've got something more valuable to sell, just trade with her for some cheap weapons to balance and sell them right back.

i think the black arms dealer in the hub (the one in the 'junkie' part of town where the drugs dealer & harold are) has most money (certainly more than Beth that Silencer suggested) & he does indeed respawn cash after each finished dialog.

Thanks. The only problem is that the NPCs pay me four times less when I try to resell something to them... >_< Items as the minigun worth too much to be paid in money. Any hint?

1. For anything worth more than their max amount of money, take some ammo or grenades along with it.

2. There will be another shop later on with more cash (I think) and plenty of ammo.

3. You don't actually need that much money. There is just one large money sink in the game.

Thank you all very much. I'm already at the Military Base and by this point I just ignore most of the loot
Though it was good to have lots of money to afford the surgeries at the Brotherhood. :)

Your speech and/or barter levels maybe low. Increasing them will get you more money when you sell and better deals when you buy.
