Anybody played of heard of this game?

Its not post apocalyptic but its about as survival as you can get and its pretty damn hard(I'm going to just read a lets play).

Your on a planet naked with nothing but a health kit and your sesame computer(pipboy) in a wilderness where you have to eat, drink and sleep and you can not only be easily killed by animals, creatures and other things but you also have to stave off disease and other conditions.

You even have to make your own weapons and clothing from the skins of your slain.

You can also be crippled, have your eyes damaged, pulled out and destroyed(doesn't kill you but its the developers way of saying your fucked).

This game is literally survival in the sense of the word.
