I'm developing a new framework so I can make my life easier when coding games, and I need some testing. Sadly, most of the people at the programming forum don't have good GPUs, and I know some of you have powerful rigs.
I'm specially interested in tests from ATI Radeon users.
The game is called Dune Smasher. It's a simple action game where you control a pumped up war tank, and go about the screen blowing up enemies, and plowing your way through. A nice arcade time-waster.
As a bonus for testing, you get to hear some cool Mark Morganese while playing it
http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?z34z2mjg1no , Windows binaries and source code included, though if you want to build it yourself, you'll need MANY dependencies.
Controls:
W - S : Accelerate - Reverse
A - D : Steer the tank
Move Mouse: Target
Left Click: Fire Machinegun
Right Click: Fire Secondary Weapon
1-6: Select secondary weapon.
I made this in 2 days so go easy on it. It's not the most polished game around.
I'd appreciate if you can test it, your average FPS, and your specs.
