Twitch Gamer

I played FOT using character editors and found a perk listed as Twitch Gamer. It seems this perk randomly lets you make an attack for 0 AP. I've read guiler's FAQ but don't remember seeing it there and i was wondering how you could get the perk w/o using the character editors? What are its requirements & such?

i'm not sure. but look in the book that came with FOT i think it tells you all the traits

The Twitch Gamer perk was something that wasn't implemented. There are no ability requirements because this perk was supposed to be awarded when you hit a certain level of achievement on games that were going to be included on the PipBoy. Since the games weren't implemented you can't legally get the Twitch Gamer Perk. The source for this info is an email I received from Ed Orman, the Lead Designer for FoT.
