Upgraded Spr2Gif utility

Abel of TeamX informed us that he have made a new spr2gif utility, here's what he said:<blockquote>To those who use spr2gif utility.
Several errors were found in color-processing algoritm of the program, so it was unable to convert sprites, that contained empty frames.
