I only sell certain things to certain vendors.
Doctors - I sell weapons and bombs.
    GRA - Miscellaneous objects.
Caravans - Chems and NCR/Legion money.

I always up my Endurance to 9 so I can get all of Usanagi's Implant's. She's also the only doctor I trust to medically treat me. Sorry Arcade.

I always kill Vulpes for Ulysses, even if I play for the Legion.

Rushing Water and Datura tea are my drugs of choice.

I hoard all of my loot in my Novac hotel room because I think House and the companions go through my shit when I'm away on DLC. :look:

Whenever I get RAD sickness I automatically take care of it. I can't imagine running around the wastes being any type sick.

That's just the beginning of my madness...

I have an onset of rules to the way I play.

If you lie to me - you're dead.
I only carry my armor and casual clothing.
I always keep Vodka or Whiskey for medicinal purposes.
I usually keep a pack of cigarettes and dump it a few days later.
    I'm corpuscular.
The only thing I bang is Fisto, the males I want to bang aren't options.

awesome, ... the beginning of the madness, ... "t-t-twistin' like a flame in a slow dance, baby"*

I like to add the Cyborg options from Project Nevada mod, but yeah, I only trust Usanagi's work for those implants as well.

I personally always play as an undead cyborg cannibal samurai thusly getting all implants including OWB cybernetic organs regardless of my build (which are always based around ambushes otherwise) and wielding the katana with the Stealth Suit MkII. It almost never ends well.

    Yes. This. This is possible?

    Weird compulsions in Fallout?

When scavenging in a building, I have to take everything out of cabinets, boxes, trash cans, etc. I'll drop the worthless stuff on the floor, but all containers must be empty. This is a huge pain at the Sunset Sarsaparilla factory.

I never loot the clothing off of corpses unless it's someone I really disrespect/hate. Dead in the Wasteland is bad enough, dead and naked is just a huge indignity.

My husband sends off favored NPC bodies on funeral pyres constructed of cars. Sometimes he adds dynamite if it was someone he really liked.
  7. Bubba Zanetti

Bubba Zanetti I know what I'm doing

I always carry otherwise useless bits of misc. junk for purpose of character (butter knife, fork, metal spoon, and metal cooking pan for a mess kit, harmonica, pack of cigarettes, etc.).

I also prefer to walk and take in the sights as opposed to running, unless of course I'm being chased or shot at.

Oh, and I don't read skill books right away and instead save them for periods of downtime (in bed or next to a campfire).

Stoped collecting them. I aim for less mundane items.
  11. Always look good. All the time.
Stats on armors are not that rellevant, so helmets are removed in peaceful places.
About weapons, i'm no barbarian. Clubs, Maces, Machetes and Axes, crude weapons in general, are looked down upon.
Bows and knives are for the shady folk and hunters, while magic and sorcery being a Sage's business. The things fit for a proper knight are the rest.
If a game has Holy Powers or Miracles, those are considered, but require more humil attires.

Don't know how weird or "quirky" this is, but I tend to role play my courier ans a good guy, but is willing to do illegal and questionable actions for survival, support, or the occasional personal gain. Another thing is I always kill fleeing attackers. My courier has the belief that you should finish what you started. So, basically, a Nuetral-Good/Chaotic-Good courier. But more related to the question, I try not to reload magazine fed guns until the magazine is empty. I even have a mod that forces you to reload manually. I always sleep at night, let NPC's say their lines fully, no matter how many times I've heard it in previous playthroughs, I always battle using lots of cover (I have other mods that greatly increases damage, so it makes sense), probably a few more, can't remember right now though.

Wear a rebreather all the time.

Scale my two anthro followers (Yes yes, hit me if you want to...) to 1.3 with console.

Use "Lucky" against deathclaws in hopes I get giant chains of crits.

    Never gamble at the casinos.

    Kill House ALL THE TIME!

In Fallout games I always carry at least one of every drug but never use them. They're there just in case(or for selling), but my characters never do drugs. I was playing 4 and my friend made me snort some Jet via the companion app and I chewed him out for ruining my immersion. I notice now that it is pretty ironic when you look at my name/avatar. I guess the Fallout games are all the drugs I need. To me it's actually about not wanting my characters to stoop that low.
