your advice on hybrid usb tv devices

i want to watch both analogue and digital tv over my computer.

right now, i watch dvb-t via pc and analogue cable via tv (tv gets thrown out and will be replaced with a beamer, so that i can watch everything including dvds or do some gaming without having 4 or 5 devices)

i made the mistake to buy the digivox a/d from msi. damn that shit sucks. when going analogue, my TFT (!) flickers like an old tv. digital doesnt even start, exception fault etc. well, it was really cheap with 50 euros....

so: what would you recommend?
 
thx - i bought me the terratec cynergy HT usb stick. works great. strange thing tho, that the tft begins flickering as soon as i plug in the analogue cable. gets better when the stick is not directly connected with your box, but is a bit away from it (via usb hub or cable). remote works fine, and the software is ok. runs fine under the media center too, if you have a remote for the media center (heard such a thing exists, would be nice to remote control my whole computer instead of only the 'TV')

and: dont ever buy that MSI crap. crashes randomly, forgets all channels on a regular basis etc.
