Mysteries of Fallout 1 and 2

Ever wonder:

-why you can't get a good ending for the Followers of the Apocalypse or the Hub?
-why Ian often shoots you by mistake?
-why you can't turn off the traps in the Glow or find the spy in the followers after volunteering to find said spy?
-why the vault 13 jumpsuit found in the temple is still in perfect shape despite the fact that one of its sleeve had been torn in the ending of fallout 1?
-why other certain quests were cut out of the games?
-why you can't get the mutant endings for the brotherhood or junktown?
-where did the mountain over vault 15 in fallout 2 come from if it was absent in fallout 1?
-you lose karma for killing Doc Morbid despite the fact that he is an evil person?
-why Marcus claims that mutants aren't really sterile despite Vree's report?
-why you still attacked by Enclave Patrols even when wearing Power Armor?
-how Frank Horrigan got into the brotherhood bunker in San Francisco, Vault 13, or the entry room of the oil rig despite his massive size?
-why enemies that reappear in fallout 2 from the original are much tougher?
-why the vats in the military base still stand even despite the base's destruction in the first game?
-why you don't have the option to prove your story to Tandi about talking deathclaws in vault 13 if Goris is one of your companions?
-why you can still recruit all companions in fallout 1 even with a charisma of 1 despite what the manual says about it determining your maximum number of npc's you can recruit?
-how do the deathclaws in the warehouse of adytum grow to maximum size so quickly within the hour?
-why they originally planned to reverse the roles of Killian and Gizmo so that Killian was the bad guy instead of the good guy?

Mysteries Fixed By Fixt (It's called Fixt for a reason right).

1. Follower Spy Quest fixed by Fixt
2. Disarm Glow Traps (dunno if Fixt did it but I can disarm them)
3. I use the Fixt's endgame mod for canonicity's sake. If I end Fallout 1
with Power Armor then why the hell am I walking towards the vast
unknown looking like a Vault Dweller Hobo? Thus, pristine Vault 13
Vault Suit in Fallout 2.
4. Chris Avellone mention is the (non-canon) Fallout Bible that Marcus
was simple making a joking retort or some such nonsense. But
Super Mutants being sterile is definite. They lack genitalia foremost
as the FEV in Fallout 3 (it's canon dangit!) is said to seek to "level" the
playing field between both sexes to create a new genderless
species.
5. Frankie boy simply "crawled" in. Obviously.
6. The world is healthier in Fallout 2 and thus are the people. This
means tougher too.
7. We never witness the full interior destruction of the Vat chamber.
8. Goris must remain undercover at all times for the good of humanity.
 
More mysteries:

-how come female characters run faster than male characters when wearing leather or combat armor?
-how come your npc's can go into past the fence in Eldridge's shop without him getting mad?
-exactly how did a tree start growing out of Harold's head?
-how come Nuka-cola has no effect in the first two games unlike 3 and New Vegas?
-how come there is no way to reach the dog Sasha outside the cathedral?
-how come some super mutants such as Marcus and Frank Horrigan speak in complete sentences and all others can't?
-how come none of your npcs are affected by poison or radiation?
-if Doc Morbid removes your eye, how can using doctor put it back when you never get it back from Morbid?
-if you attack Hightower's guards in the heights and leave without killing everyone, how come no one is there when you return? And how come they forgot to take the necklace in the strongbox with them?
-why does Lynette have mentats in her possession despite drugs being forbidden in Vault City?
-how come tesla armor appears late in the game when by then you have power armor equipped?
-how come you can have Marcus and Lenny in Vault City when you become captain of the guard?
-how come stupid characters can talk normally with the gun runners?
-how come stupid characters can briefly talk normally with Crimson Caravan or Metzger under certain situations?
-how come slavers turn hostile if you are a ranger, but not Metzger?

These...These aren't mysteries, they're overlooked stuff...

Lynette is a hypocrite monster, no shit she has drugs.

NPC's being immune to poison and radiation is to make the game not so god damned annoying as to make the game piss you off.
