Hypothetically, could Van Buren be resurrected using AI in the future?

I mean you could use AI to help in the process with making it but AI straight up just creating a video game? No. I don't believe AI will ever be competent enough to create a video game or a film or a book from scratch and not have massive issues in it.

There are real life humans working on a Fallout Van Buren, ever heard of Fallout Yesterday? To my knowledge a lot of the game is already playable, albeit in very early access, so I'm waiting until it's complete before trying it myself.

Why would you want to play a mess of a product made by a machine that does not give a shit about the setting, and is probably going to fill in the gaps in the most boring, filling out a prompt way possible, when actual human creativity and labour is going into creating a playable Van Buren for you?

I’m excited but with these huge projects in the past, some have fallen short, I just don’t want it to feel empty or incomplete so I’m interested to see what it looks like upon release.

Imagine AI systems in the next 5-10 years get so advanced, you just have it analyze prior fallout games and the Van Buren design documents to try and create Van Buren?

I'm trying to imagine an AI so powerful that every frame of the game will be rendered by neural network in real time at 60 fps. and the plot will adjust to my every little action based on a neural network trained on all of humanity's experience throughout its existence. but how will this game be any different from...

If you train a powerful enough neural network on all the videos from YouTube where people play games, it will be able to produce such a game that you will forget your mother's name. The only problem is resources, so many video cards for this network most likely do not exist in nature and will not exist.
