Okay so I have a fresh install of Sonora and it is running fine now. Is there a way to play with hi res? Even after using the Fallout CE executable I am getting messed up borders once I use the original hi res patch. I'm only on a 1920 x 1080 monitor, don't know why the screenshot ended up so big.

I'm on Windows 10, Using Fallout 2 1.02, using Sonora 1.15

When starting a new game, I've been getting this bug. I can't scroll in any direction but I can still walk into the black area and interact with objects in it. I just can't see it.

I'll have to give it a try! The original definitely needed a little more polish but was pretty good.

Glad you figured it out. I also have Windows 10 and us Windows Defender so I don't know why I've never encountered this.

I'm not sure how GOG works but have you tried validating your files or a reinstall for Steam? Also, what version of windows?

Is the Steam version doing the same thing? Or is it crashing in a different way?

The Blackfoot location seems bugged. When you go into the grid in the west the town becomes inaccessible. Even if you leave, the world map menu will have the option to select "settlement" but it still drops you into the ruined area.

I have faith in the franchise's future, but not in Bethesda. I believe modders that make projects like Fallout Nevada will continue to make great content, and in the mean time, if by some miracle, we do get a good Fallout game from anyone under the Microsoft umbrella of studios, then that is a plus.

This part of the game is a simulation, the colors are correct.

I can't seem to find the NCR Trooper I was told to meet in Fort Desolation. The piece of paper says to arrive before 1900 and I've looked around what I believe to be the entire fort at both 1200 and 1800. Is this simply a quest that hasn't been implemented yet?

Using mods wouldn't be 125gb as well.
