Hm, looks like I solved my own problem. The doc in VC installs the implants just fine.. the bastard just charges me more to make it work :P Sorry for taking up space with something I fixed myself.

I'm curious, has anyone had any problems with the second Dermal Impact Armor not granting a DR bonus, but still causing the loss of 1 CHA ? I've had the doc in San Fran do the procedure a few times after re-loading, and it won't give me the bonus. Maybe my Toughness 2 is interfering with it...
