I think I did do that nuke thing before to see if he said anything new. I can't actually remember since I played the game and watched so many videos so many times it all blurs together.

I wouldn't put too much stock into it, the DLC basically exists in its own verse and Caesar doesnt even talk about Cottonwood I think. But yea doing it all makes you wonder why the hell he even talks to you at all, you've basically turned the legion presence on that side of the Mojave to a few raiding parties.

Not sure about the rest but HH got tribal weapons early on and anti-material guns and the likes if you go there later on.

Actually no, the White Legs always have strong weapons as they are in story stated to have raided an old Military bunker and gotten the weapons. The ones that have tribal weapons are your allies.

Personally I found the game is good enough with just some minor patches and restored content, but each to their own.

Most of my mods are minor, I got some bug fixing and graphic stuff pretty much and they still somehow fuck up the game. My game decided to crash when i enter the casino opposite of lucky 13 and nothing should have changed it at all besides graphic.

I've had some luck, what are you using? Vortex is fine for me - fauna overhaul, lighting, no more stupid assassins, and just with a WOP.

Opening another browser just to check one of my daily sites for a week or 3 feels so dumb.

Discord streaming? Mic settings should be under that cog beside your name in the left lower corner. Go to voice & video and then adjust the input sensitivity. Otherwise, it may just be the quality of the microphone.

They can be awesome if done right. Yakuza is great at dynamic cutscenes in the middle of fights

I think Dawn of war had em rolling but you/the enemy took no dmg. Then we have games like the evil within 1 where they happen when you fight several enemies and they can move and kill you.

They might. Some games save screenshots in lower quality images to save space or something like that.
If you're lucky, the game has a setting to choose image format type (.jpg, .png, .bmp, etc) and/or a screenshot quality option.

The thing is this was never an issue like 2 years ago. It is more recent and it is the same games i allways played and sometimes newer ones.

That's an awesome coincidence; was the second I ever bought, after Fallout 3. NV was the best purchase I ever made, I believe.

I got F3 and 1-2 + tactics a month or 2 after even if i played them all before. But even if i love Fallout i have probably 10 "better" games in my library :)

That's fair. Total War will always be my favorite franchise, Shogun 2 and Napoleon my favorite games in the series.

Dialogue is nice on paper; having the ability to actually ask about individual topics, names, and terms that someone mentions in speech would be great to see in a more polished dialogue system.

The assassins from the DLC? Yeah, that's really not intentional I don't think. I think they made the game, then made the DLC and set the assassin to just target the player after sleeping without thinking about new players.
