Though, I hope it will be trimetric and not isometric. Isometric never looked really good in games, imo. Hurr, hurr. :p

Sidescrolling with fake first-person for combat and 8-bit art or bust. 
I would say "fine" to it, if they also release some base models i.e. for the characters, so modders are able to make new ones in the same look (even if the game won't support much modding, pretty sure folks will figure out how to make mods for it). Else with 2d, we would be back at our current Fallout critter problem.
Unfortunately, I can't follow the news as closely as I could before. So under a rock sleeping may be a good description.Lexx said:
