anyone use "mutie"

Is the mutie chem permanent? I tried using it, and it gives humans ST EN 10, but busts IN CH down. I'd like to use it on NPCs after their skill points are high enough in the appropriate areas.

Yeah, I got it from a merchant and used it on one of my guys.

But, it's not permanent. By the time I had traveled back to the bunker, the effects had worn off. Good thing I stole it and didn't waste any money!

If you want my advice, use it to augment someone and have that person go into melee with the turrets in Preoria. The added strength means more damage, and the added endurance means bonus HP to keep the turret from killing you (if it manages to get a hit).
