Bethesda propaganda defiling wikipedia.

It Wandered In From the Wastes
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Elder_Scrolls_IV. It looks basically like an oblivion ad, the criticism section contains little actual criticism. Wikipedia articles i have read in the past have mostly showed both sides of the story. If your displeased with the way Bethesda is catering to the LCD and hyping up poorly designed games, edit the article and give it some balance.

Dude, I already warned you to read the rules, and you go ahead and post a topic on the wrong forum? That should be general gaming, not general discussion. That's the second time you posted in a wrong forum, plus the count of making a thread that was outright vatworthy, so strike one. Should be strike two, but meh, leniency.

That said, I don't see your issue with the article. The "critics on the game" rightly notes "Which has cast doubt on wether their ratings 9/10 or more for Oblivion truly represent the quality of the game, which also applies to comments such as praise for it's immersiveness and scope", but the fact is most of the professional gaming media has lauded this game into heaven, for wikipedia to reflect this in any other way would be a falsehood.

I felt free to edit the BethSoft page a little.

Yeah... now it's too late... Or you edit it. I did my part. :D

I'd rather not waste my time hey :D

Too bad we will be getting warned and then vatted soon :(

Would've been funnier if you'd made a table like the one encapsulating the release list.

Not that funny, though.

Hehe... i added that sentence you qouted. And you say rightly adds? Well the fuckers changed it back, like i knew they would. Guess i'll have to correct it again.

Do you think Wikipedia will ever beat a library or at least a real collection of encyclopedia in it's quality?

IMO wiki is mostly about quantity. Too much pop culture and stuff no one will think about in 2 years.

Yeah, wiki is all about quantity. They will have the world's largest collection of bullshit news, information and current affairs, that no one can actually use it down the track due to people changing information.
