    1. Is it possible to Build a new star fort outside The Castle? (AKA. Fort Independence) And is it practical (or nessessary) to add Vauban-style triangular bastion to the existing superstructures of The Castle?

    2. If (1) Is possible. Do I need any mods (PC Player) and name the construction mods please.
