First time out of the vault

Introduction
This is a Non-Cannon RP based in an Area I don't think has ever been put into the series. This area provides for a more sensible creative flow, Characters do not have to be out of the 'Characters' Thread, but you can still bring them here, Rules applied are:
1. No Godmodding, Auto Hitting, everybody has flaws, and dodging every bullet that is headed in your path is not allowed. Also you cannot assume you hit someone automatically, unless you're holding the gun to their head.
2. This leads to the next rule, Consent, There are boundaries with consent rules in this RP, send a PM to me if you want out of a situation before you doom yourself.
3. This leads to a guideline: Avoid PvP Combat, I'll play NPC's, Most of which are pretty powerless. However It'd be advised that you still use good Judgement and Common sense in combat, Only you can Prevent Player-Death!
4. No unlimited stashes: Ammo, food and Medicine included. This means you May end up running dangerous errands to gain ingredients for Stimpacks.
5. Limit your Starting equipment to one small ranged weapon/any non-advanced Melee weapon, 3 Healing Powders, and 10-30 bullets. PM your Starting Inventory to me so I won't see you pulling random weapons out without proper acquizition. I'm Nice enough to Allow a .44 Magnum, however you will have only 6 bullets to start with, since you're starting with something that already packs a heavy punch, but it isn't the best Pistol You will find in the RP.
Background Information
After the holocaust Michigan held only 3 Discovered Vaults 222, 251 and Vault 187. Each Vault had been emptied out due to various reasons. 187 was a Post War prison, A majority of these prisoners didn't hold Pip-Boys, the 187 Jumpsuit was specifically designed to bind these prisoners, soon after the Holocaust, the prisoners had somehow gotten out of their suits, disarming the detectors and shackles, A riot of Murderers, Rapists and the Scum of Society poured out into the wastes forming many small Bands of raiders. 222 aka Triple Deuce was dedicated to the preservation of detroits Industrial Technology, however they were forced out of their home due to toxic fumes lingering in the Vaults ventilation, leaving few survivors. 251 was a Vault only few had seen, and many had only heard legend of, even before the war, there were questions as to what was stored in Vault 251, when a Reporter had said that Vault 251 was Closed years before the sirens had gone off, Various post-war reports say that there are horrid things like Deathclaws and Mutants behind that door, Some say it's a secret community that had payed tons to isolate themselves from the outside world, people who have seen it never disclose the location but all have difficulty getting it open.
Most of the known Vault Descendants are long dead, however PipBoy-5X's which specialized in Maintenance and Repairs from 222 are not scarce. The Pip-Boy 3800's from 187 Given to guards before the prison break are fairly Scarce. There is a 50,000 Cap reward for the Discovery of a 251 Pip-Boy, Since No one has been able to break the Lock on 251.
Locations
Detroit has been divided into many different towns, Listed below.
The largest group of Raiders are the Ancients, Large because they survive in within the city Holding up the Redford Area, Redford Consists of Ancients Ruins(Bar), Bloodshot's Weapon Emporium(Guns & Ammo), Lucy's Amputation and Needles(Doctor), and the Scrapyard. (Gladiator Style pitfighting with Slaves)
Deucetown was built by the Survivors of Vault 222, Deucetown Consists of 3 Factories and a warehouse, The Warehouse is a Post Apocalyptic Shopping mall of sorts building new 'Deuce' Brand products made from the Salvaged Factories. Notable Shops found in the Deucetown Warehouse consist of Big Deuce Arms(Guns and Ammo), Maxim's Saloon(Bar), The Utility Closet(Tools & supplies), Deuce Medical Surplus(Doctor).
Interstate 696 kept its pre-war name, however it had become a Flea Market of sorts where traders have begun to gather, 696 is more a Central trading hub for most of Detroit. Traders come and go, You can never predict what you'll find there.
Polonia is a Tribe which resides in Polonia Park, the tribe is very Diverse(humans, Ghouls, Supermutants, and some pet Komodo Dragons), and while some say they lack intelligence, they simply don't communicate like the rest of detroit. Notable locations: Kalhan Tent(Shaman), Afrez Tent(Elder), Krag's Tent(Warrior Leader), and The Burning Shackles(An old Swing-set, turned into a public execution site, two Tribesmen wielding flamers execute enemies here).
