Yeah, it's all true. The problem is that the physical effects are rather weak compared to what the mind can do. If you have problems in bed and your body is okay, it's probably psychosomatic.

Sex will suck if you're not feeling well. Find a partner who shares your wavelength and gain some self-esteem. The rest will follow.

Obsessing with your breathing techniques or what you're eating won't help you if you can't get it up.
