f3c and vats prob?

Hi! I wonder if anyone else noticed that when in VATS you only get two shots, no matter how much I clicked to shot...

As stated in name, I'm playing F3 with F3C mod...

I tried browsing arround, but can't seem to find anyone else mentioning this... So I wonder if I'm crazy ...
