Fallout Improver and HEX editing

I am using Fallout Improver but I also want to HEX edit my bos.exe. I have to launch Fallout Improver in order for some of my mods to work. In this case, should I be HEX editing the Fallout Improver.exe or my bos.exe?

Always BOS.exe, FT Improver is launching BOS.exe. You should check out and install Fallout Tactics Scripting Engine before starting all this, it already include a lot of HEX editing, you can add your own to the list instead of editing the .exe directly, and there is a way to enabling/disabling them too to test. A must have.
