Fallout 2 mod Fallout Sonora 1.15 and Sonora Dayglow 1.15 Vanilla Translation

The Spanish files in my translation are either from the original Russian version, or google translated. I had a spanish speaker look over them @OnlyALad - and give them the thumbs up (I think...). It is pretty hard / impossible for me to determine the quality of these files, as I speak no Spanish. @Oracle , if you could give @DweltVauller 's files a look over, that would be great. Otherwise I am not sure whether they are upgrades or not. (Probably upgrades)

I updated phrases that are poorly translated from english. Here are a few examples from ACCtzCav.msg:

Wrong use of the article.

{113}{}{Tú eres mi salvador. Le estoy muy reconocido.}

Acknowledge vs Thankful.

Would a changelog make sense? I found other spanish texts that can be improved too.

When I add these in I will make note of which files were affected, and add them to the final changelog for the next release. Though, there have been a lot of fixes... Still, I have it all stored in git, so I can go over each and every change clearly.

If you want to spend the time to do this, then I will certainly lean into accepting your versions, which are very likely better than what is there. I would like a second pair of eyes on this, as I can't...
