Who was the Master as human?

I heard rumors the Master was Harold's old friend Richard Grey. Harold told me Richard was dropped in the mutantvats in the Millitary Base. Then how did the mutants start?

The mutants started as a FEV experiment of the US government. They tested the FEV on animals and humans. I think most mutants Richard and Harold fought weren't human at all.

There was a holo-disk somewhere in the military base and some in the glow that explains it very well. I dont have the patience to write it down myself.

I'm pretty sure that it's in the log of Richard Grey. The log is contained on the computer that controls the vats... you search the logs, then check your pipboy. It's a journal he kept.. and I'm pretty sure the Master IS Grey because of what it said.

Very depressing log. heh. :\

Richard Grey is the Masters lieutenant in the Military base. i've got no idea who the Master is
