Finding Lloyd

Okay, I'm a dumbass I know... But I'm having trouble actually locating lloyd. I've looked up and down virgin street. Even attacked every guy even REMOTELY matching the description. All to little avail. Please help.

if i remember right lloyd is under the mordino casino in the basement locked up. you'll need a good lockpick skill or some dynamite to get him out of his little hiding room.

Lloyd is in the basement of Desperado, the door to the right, your right. Don't go with him if he ask you to go to golgotha, it's a trap. Kill him right away or if you want you can just let him go.

No, you can let him take you to the Golgatha. But keep telling HIM to dig, and when he goes down, drop the mine. BOOM! Lloyd problem solved.
