how could I solve myron's quest?

"find some endorphin blockers to make a cure for jet"I know I can talk to the Doc in vault city,and he canmake the cure for jet immediately but this quest in pipboy doesn't finished.pls help...

It's finished alright. It just doesn't get marked as such. Before the patch certain quest like the 'get the car part for Smitty' had the same bug, if you can call it a bug.

I think the official way to finish this quest is to get Myron to make the jet cure, so that maybe the only way to cross it off.
