Just for the non-math minded, that means (unless another one shows up) that Fallout 3 (HELP US BLACK ISLE!!! GIVE US FO3 NOW!!!!) will be the fifth game in the series (1. Wasteland 2. Fallout 1 3. Fallout 2 4. Fallout: Tactics 5. Fallout 3). Is it just me or do I smell a Python reference? "First, shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then, shalt thou count to three. No more, no less." "Right. One, Two, Five!" "Three sir!"

Wasteland Ending

The ending of wasteland was a pain in the butt. First you had to collect all four keys. Then you had to do the key sequence trapping you and your npcs in the four little rooms then you had to figure out the damn color sequences to blow up the dang base. If I remember correctly it took me about 2 days to figure all that junk out. Oh and if you are ever play it again here is a tip. When you go to the base cohsie or whatever it was take the helicopter from the citadel there. You land on the roof and avoid all those nasty robots at the entrance. Sorry for going way off topic, but I just cant resist a Wasteland question.

But there is only 99 levels in game.I think it is impossible without taking 2 lifegiver perks.

It really depends on what kind of character you are playing as. Sniper is the best for a gun based character, Slayer for a HtH char., Empathy for a Speaker, etc. My character is an assasin/spy type (stealthy, suave, deadly), so my top 3 are Silent Running (to sneak past the guards), Empathy (to charm the ladies into meeting me at my hotel after the party), and Sniper (to go out on the balcony and assasinate... uh... Newt Gengrich! Yeah! Newt Gengrich).

Slayer is a fabulous little perk that you can get when you reach the ripe old age of level 24... I'm not sure of the exact requirements to get it, but you'll need a fairly high (7+ maybe?) Strength and Endurance skills, and a high Unarmed skill, I think 90+? 100+? Basically, what it does is make every Hand To Hand and Melée weapon a ttack a critical hit. It's basically a close-range version of the Sniper perk (Also available at level 24), but with no luck roll necessary to make the critical. Now, go forth and cripple, my friend!

ok what is the best way to go up levels i think i need to go up more :P but my strength is ten endurance is 8 and my unarmed is 130%
 
MINOR SPOILER

The best way to go up levels: Kill things. Kill big things. Enclave soldiers, Deathclaws, Floaters, Centuars. All worth lots of XP. Also try completing big quests, like stealing Vertibird plans (For the Shi and BOS), shooting the good Mr. Horrigan, getting the fuel, ETC. What gollows is a MINOR SPOILER:

After you have completed the game, if you choose to continue playing, go to Vault City. Enter the Vault and go to the bottom level. Use the central computer, and when it asks you, inserrt your Pip (yay!) Boy into the slot. Then, go into your Pipboy, click 'status' and then click 'Vault City Design Notes'. Read them, and the developers will tell you to use the top-left computer. Use it for 20,000 XP! Plus, you can do it over and over again, giving you unlimited experience
