NCR Gun selling dwarf, won't speak to me.

Hi, The first time I played the game I had no problems. Now whenever I try to talk to buster he says something about mister.45 getting unhappy. I haven't done anything to him. I think it mught be something to do with the patch. Any assistance would be appreciated as its annoying only having one decent weapons shop.

You talk to him? I love that dude as he is one of the best guys to steal from. Just go to his book case and steal from them (save first as you may meet Mr. 45.).
