Raiders of the lost dog tags

I was just reading through some older posts, and one was about a Trivia Contest. This had the question "How to open the Raider safe without dogtags. I've just done this quest, I killed all the raiders and got 2000XP, I searched all the bodies and got all their stuff but I dont remember and dogtags on the bodies. I cant open the safe, but apparently you need 90% in lockpicking.
Any good samaratins got any advice?

PS, I have a flower in my inventory from way back in the game (maybe Den) anyone know who or what its for?

tags aren't on the bodies, they're in chests/lockers, you'll need a set of lockpicks and some patience...

If you revisit that thread you'll see I posted the answers. It's Luck for this one, not Lockpick.

Thanks Per, I'm all out of that though, I went for low luck, I'll go back and try a few times, and see if the dice will roll for me.

OK for anyone reading this tha following should answer your questions :
I opened all the lockers, increasing my lockpick skill by 5 notches per time, then tried 20 times to lockpick each time. The magic number for lockpick appears to be 45 and if it's relevent, Luck was 4.
Regarding the prize that you get in the safe, I got 1000 XP and 'Idolized' in Vault City...and some cool stuff.
