RE: Robo Dog plans in NCR
Maybe you can get the plans, go to Navarro, kill the scientist (eg. use a bunch of SUPER STIMS on him, wait a while and he'll die, or maybe you can steal armed dynomite onto the unsuspecting prick, but, try # two at your own risk, as you may blow up the dog) talk to the dog and he's says something like "My master's living cycle has terminated, are you my new master?" answer 'yes' and then go down and figure out how to get the dude near the vertibirds to go away, (eg. BSing him into thinking the other guy, near the truck in the place where you get the vertibird plans told you the VB tech is a loser, and now how to BS the VB tech, first talk to a scientist in the room with all the machinery, he'll tell you about vertibird plans if you ask him the right questions, then go ask the VB (Verti Bird) tech about the plans (I think you ask him... or maybe you...) talk to the guy near the truck about Verti Bird plans, then when he asked if it was the VB tech (I think his name was Rauol or something) say YES, then he'll say something about Rauol being a lazy dude, go snitch on him, then the VB tech will ask you to watch his Verti Birds, don't, run after him and when he punches out the guy next to the rusted out truck quickly loot the lockers, then after that run like hell after the VB guy, go into the hangar and loot loot loot, ahead of him, but remember to use lock picks, and get the K-9 Motivator, or maybe you can just ask the VB tech) get the K-9 Motivator and head back up to the dog, with the plans, then use the motivator on him, voila, a useless combat thingy.
