[FO2] Stucked doors in Vault City

Stucked doors in Vault City

I just can't figure this out! I played this game a lot a while ago but now some things just seem to have slipped my mind. In the vault in Vault City there are some stucked doors on level 2. I thought that the electronic lockpick should help me open those doors but obviously it doesn't.

How the h**l am I supposed to open them? I know I've done it before. I need the voice modulator (or whatever it's called) for Vault 15 and in Vault City I can get it for free.

Ah, you need to force the doors open with a crowbar.

"HUNGH!"
Remember you need a strength of about 7 I think.

Hehe...that really did it! I knew there was an easy way to open these doors.

I didn't find what I was looking for though. I have to get back to New Reno and buy it.

The voice thingie is in one of the crates in the rooms. You have to search them carefully

You need to have 10 strength. When you`ve got it - simply open the door. Some buffout may help.

Two corrections.
1) 10 ST is not required. I also think that 7 is enough.
2) A crowbar is also not required. You can just open 'em.

You can wait until you get yourself a set of power armor, or simply take buffout. Just make sure you save before doing so, unless you want to take the risk of getting addicted!

Well, I'm sure there are different ways to open these doors. My character has 7 in strenght and with a crowbar there was no problem.
