Head of State Quest

First time out of the vault
Alright, so I'm in a bit of a conundrum.

Before engaging the Head of State quest, I went to the Lincoln Memorial and slaughtered all the slavers. (By mistake, they assaulted me for walking up the stairs. xD)

Now, I'm almost done with the quest, but it still says "Kill all slavers at Lincoln Memorial." I don't know what to do, and it won't allow me to proceed further into the quest without doing this, but I have checked the Memorial, and there are no more slavers.

Are there any console commands to help me out, or am I just missing something?
 
Did you also kill the slaver leader, who's inside the memorial? The entrance is on the left side at the bottom of the stairs.
