HellMOO: It's like Fallout but socially unacceptable

HellMOO is a post apocalyptic MOO, a fancy term for text mmo, with many similarities to Fallout and far too many similarities to being someones bitch in prison and not in a good way. There's usually 50-100 players around most of who will want to kill you or break into your text apartment and incinerate everything you own or redecorate for you

HellMOO is a post-apocalyptic text based role-playing game. It is set after an atomic conflict has brought down the great civilizations of the 21st century. Enough time has passed that some towns and vestiges of society have returned, but not nearly enough to curb the inherent violence and conflict of a life lived without comfort or salvation. Corporations both ancient and new sit astride the few surviving cities like obscene, glittering spiders, wielding their power over their desert domains without question and without mercy. The fake smile, the furtive stare are the weapons of the city-dweller, forever dependent on their corporate masters for protection against the raiders and radioactive sands. Yet a few wander the wastes, living off the bones of the old world and whatever justice they can find at the end of their gun. Only time will tell who is stronger.

No roleplaying is enforced and there are no elves but you are free to roleplay an elf and then ragequit when everyone accuses you of being a remtard and portals you into a lake of acid.
Gameplay wise you can do pretty much whatever you want including hijacking tv stations or bombing the city with 100 bowling balls from the comfort of your own cessna and if you can get over the text rape, bestiality and ironic fursuits it's quite complex and a whole lot of fun

When you first connect you start off as an orphan in the orphanage, you can't really do much, the idea is to get you used to dying a lot because that's what happens.
You will die a lot.
