Fallout 2 utility Help, I cannot edit Fallout 2 RPU maps!

I'm trying to edit some of the Restoration Patch's maps to add some custom weapons with the BIS Mapper, but for some reason I cannot access them. Each time I try to open one of the maps, this error pops up.

I want to know what to do, and if this is anything on my end that I can do here. Any advice?
